Fig 3.0Industries · Fintech & BFSI

Fintech & BFSIFinancial products with the business model worked out before the code.

Financial products fail on unit economics more often than on technology. Our work in fintech starts with the model: who pays, who earns, what the regulator allows, what the float costs. Then we build: onboarding and KYC flows, payments, ledgers, agent networks and the reporting that compliance teams need.

Our experience

Business model, investor presentation and agreements for MeraDhan, a savings platform for rural India. Payments, wallets and invoicing in Aapka, a consumer platform in production.

Fig 3.1The hard parts

What makes fintech and BFSI different.

  • 01

Agent and distributor networks that handle cash in places UPI has not reached

  • 02

KYC, custody and regulatory structures that decide what the product can be

  • 03

Unit economics that only work at a scale that takes years

  • 04

Trust: users who have been burned before

Fig 3.2What we build

Solutions that fit the sector.

  • 01

    Business modelling

Monthly plans, channel economics, scenario analysis and an investor-ready deck built on the same workbook.

  • 02

    Onboarding and KYC

Mobile-first flows with document capture, video KYC and fallbacks for low connectivity.

  • 03

    Ledgers and payments

Double-entry ledgers, UPI and card integration, reconciliation and settlement reports.

  • 04

    Agent apps

Field-agent apps with commission tracking, cash handling controls and offline capture.
