Healthcare

Aapka: a Hindi-first healthcare platform for rural India

Aapka helps people in rural India find hospitals, book doctors, order lab tests and medicines, and look after their family's health, in Hindi and English. We designed it, built it and run it.

Read the case

Flutter app for Android and iOS with voice search on every search bar
Full Hindi and English interface generated from a single string source, so the two can never drift apart
Admin console with bulk uploads, role management and audit trails
Connector layer for diagnostics partners: serviceability, pricing, slots, booking, status webhooks and PDF reports, with a kill switch per partner

Fintech

MeraDhan: a savings platform for rural India

MeraDhan is designed to help families in small towns and villages save small amounts regularly, through a trusted local agent or directly on their phone. We built the business plan and investor presentation that took it to its first investors.

Read the case

A three-year financial model with every assumption on one sheet and an independent check that rebuilds the plan from its inputs
An investor presentation driven entirely by the model
The agreements and covering materials for the investor process
A phased plan with clear decision points at each stage

HR & Staffing

HRMS and payroll platform blueprint for a 2,000-employee staffing company

A staffing company with two thousand employees working at client sites is replacing a spreadsheet and an off-the-shelf HR tool with its own system for attendance, leave, payroll and compliance. We produced the complete blueprint for it.

Read the case

A full feature set across core HR, attendance, leave, payroll, documents, reporting and an employee mobile app
A phased plan with client billing designed into the data model from day one
A technology recommendation and hosting approach for data residency in India
AI capabilities sequenced by value: policy answers first, then anomaly detection and forecasting
