AskCXOAsk a question in plain English. Get an answer you can trust.
AskCXO lets leaders ask questions about the business in plain language and get answers from the same reports and data definitions your analytics team already maintains. It writes the query, runs it with the asker's own permissions, shows how it arrived at the answer and draws the chart. Nothing bypasses your data controls, and every answer can be checked.

Fig 1.1Who it is for
Built for these teams.
- CXOs and business heads who wait days for a dashboard change
- Data teams tired of being the bottleneck for one-off questions
- Organisations with Power BI, Snowflake, BigQuery or SQL Server already in place
Fig 1.2The problem
What it looks like today.
- 01
Every new question becomes a ticket to the BI team.
- 02
Dashboards answer last quarter's questions.
- 03
Spreadsheet exports leak around row-level security.
- 04
Leaders stop asking because asking is slow.
Fig 1.3Capabilities
What AskCXO does.
- 01
Semantic-model aware
Uses your Power BI or dbt definitions, so revenue means what your finance team says it means.
- 02
Governed execution
Queries run as the asker. Row-level and object-level security hold. No service-account shortcuts.
- 03
Shows its working
Every answer includes the query, the filters applied and the tables used. Analysts can verify in seconds.
- 04
Charts and briefings
Picks a sensible chart, or sends a scheduled morning briefing with the five numbers that moved.
- 05
Follow-up memory
Ask 'and by region?' and it knows what 'and' refers to. Conversation, not a query box.
- 06
Cost controls
Query budgets, caching and warehouse-aware scheduling, so curiosity does not become a cloud bill.

From connection to value.
- 01
Connect
Point AskCXO at your warehouse and semantic layer. Permissions are inherited, not copied.
- 02
Calibrate
We run your leadership's last fifty real questions through it and fix the misses with your analysts.
- 03
Launch
A first group of leaders on Teams or web. Every answer rated and reviewed.
- 04
Scale
Roll out by function. Add briefings, alerts and new sources.

What changes.
- 01
Hours, not days, from question to answer
- 02
BI team freed for the work that needs them
- 03
Governance intact, with an audit log of every query
- 04
Leaders asking more questions, not fewer
Under the hood
- Power BI semantic models
- Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL Server, Postgres
- Text-to-SQL and DAX with validation
- Claude models
- Microsoft Teams and web

Runs in your cloud account or on infrastructure we operate for you in India. Your data is never used to train shared models.
Fig 1.6Questions
Asked often.
Is text-to-SQL reliable enough for the board?
On its own, no. AskCXO constrains generation to your semantic model, validates the query, runs it under the asker's permissions and shows the working. The pilot measures accuracy on your own questions before anyone relies on it.
Does it replace Power BI?
No. It sits on top of it. Dashboards remain the system of record; AskCXO handles the questions the dashboards did not anticipate.
Where does it run?
In your cloud, next to your warehouse. Prompts and results stay inside your tenancy.
